Terms of Service 

Shipping + Returns:

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days: Monday through Friday excluding weekends + holidays. Tracking information is emailed the day an order is shipped out.

Package Delays:

Pilar Hendrix Co. is not responsible | liable for packages that are delayed in transit. All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be permitted. 

Lost + Stolen:

Pilar Hendrix Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged/ mishandled packages while in transit to be delivered. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
